Texas Elks Children’s Service Prosthetic Grant Program
Coverage for limbs, hearing aids, telephonic equipment, bracing devices, adaptive/assistive devices for health such as seating, positioning, mobility, and integration equipment. Physician must fill out part of application. Call to locate nearest Elk Lodge to you.
